Condominium Management
Maplegrove Property Management, LLC maintains the files and records of the Condominium Associations; manages subcontractors; oversees non-routine contracts, e.g., shingle replacement; helps assure appropriate Association property and casualty insurance coverages; responds to Co-Owner’s requests for work to be done on common areas, e.g., cleaning roof gutters, exterior touch-up painting, and routine caulking; provides fiscal and accounting services; and assists the Associations in the enforcement of Association By-Laws and its Rules and Regulations.
