Apartment Management
Maplegrove Property Management, LLC provides the following services to apartment properties:
- Apartment types managed include: multi-family, senior & tax credit
- Obtain rental applications, credit reports, renters’ histories, criminal records
- Assure compliance with Section 8 and other governmental requirements
- Execute leases prior to occupancy
- Collect security deposits, monthly lease payments, and late fees
- Contract with vendors to provide lawn care, snow removal, HVAC, etc. services
- Handle maintenance service requests of renters
- Assure necessary insurance coverages for the property
- Process and pay accounts payable
- Provide monthly financial statements
- Provide appropriate administrative and maintenance staffing
- Prepare advertising copy and contract for appropriate, cost-effective advertisements
- Provide market analysis (comparisons) for similar properties

All apartments managed by Maplegrove accept rent payment by check, money order, or direct debit. The direct debit alternative has no costs to the resident. The bank or savings account of each resident in this program is debited on the first banking day of each month.
